My wife and I had multiple changes in our lives in a short period of time this year. We needed to sell our home and also purchase a new home in the same area, that met our new needs. This was my first time working with Frank Dolski. From my first meeting in his office, I felt I hired someone that would be in our corner every step of the way. As we already had a good idea of what we wanted, we looked for houses immediately. Frank did a lot of extra homework about the area we wanted to look at. He even provided a lot of proactive documentation about dozens of houses from the area surrounding the house we were selling from. The amount of time and work Frank put in, on both the buying of one house and selling of the other house, was Above Expectations. He had lots of suggestions on ways to approach both processes. We listened his suggestions, and we felt his ideas improved the timing of events and value of final prices we settled on. He didn't just say "Do it this way". He explained in detail the advantages and disadvantages of each step, and let us decide on our own. We never felt pressured. He was easy to communicate with, and he always made himself available, even when he was away. Frank was knowledgeable, firm yet fair, and aggressive with the other buyers and sellers we worked with on the other end of the deals. It was exciting, and sometimes entertaining! I would dare say we even forged a friendship out of this. This last part is not needed, but added to the high quality of the person that I find Frank Dolski to be. I believe he truly cares about the quality of work he provides his customers. I believe he truly cares about his customers overall. I would rather have someone try hard and fail, that go through the motions yet succeed anyway. If you are looking to buy or sell your property, call up Frank and just have a conversation with him and decide for yourself. He is driven and cares about your experience. We wouldn't change anything about our experience. Thank you Frank for your professionalism and your friendship and your help.

We recommend Frank Dolski to anyone and everyone! Frank is ultra responsive to his clients, gave suggestions to us as first time home buyers, took his time and explained every step of the buying & selling process for us. He answered every question, and there were many! Frank went above and beyond for us, selling our starter home and helping us find, and buy our dream home!

I felt completely betrayed by this man. When I listed my home, I explicitly stated that my new and expensive washer/dryer were excluded from the sale. This exclusion was clearly stated on the paperwork. During the offer process, the buyers expressed interest in those items. Frank decided to simply include them in the sale without ever asking me. Once the relocation paperwork was in, I saw the washer / dryer listed among items included. I told Frank that this needed to be remedied and he said he would handle it. Instead, he called my husband and tried to get him to change my mind. Then, he told me that I should offer the buyers money to keep my own property. Since this was a relocation, I had no recourse - I had to let my property go. The buyers got their free washer /dryer, Frank got his commission, which he did not earn, and I was out several thousand dollars.
Honesty is perhaps the best policy that I can adhere to and therefore I will respond to these scandalous comments. First, I have not idea why this person waited 3 plus years to write this and secondly, I will clear up the facts. I sold this home relatively quickly for a price higher than they were originally going to list. Second, in the state of Pennsylvania, a buyer can request inclusions that may have been excluded and in this case, the buyer's agent requested these items CLEARLY on the agreement of sale. Since these particular sellers were already out of state, they were sent an electronic copy for their review and it was also reviewed by their counselor and their audit staff prior to execution. The decision was made by the sellers and they had the option to to accept or reject the offer. They opted to accept it. There are many benefits that these particular sellers received which I will not disclose due to the quick sale and relocation agreements.

I would highly recommend Frank. He is extremely attentive to the seller. He is available through every step of the selling process. Frank is extremely well connected to help get anything and everything done to make the job of selling your home go smoothly. In addition to being a wonderful realtor, he is just an all around great guy.

I was a first time home buyer in September of 13 when I met Frank at an open house he was hosting. While we didn't decide on his house I made him my buyer's agent. From showing you perspective homes all the way to closing he was top notch. He even got my house for less thousands less of what my counter offer was.
He was always available and made the process of buying a home alot clearer by answering all questions. If your a first time buyer or not he will always have your best interests first. Listen to the other professionals he might recommend also because they were excellent. Almost two years later and I wouldn't change anything he suggested for me to do. Trust me you can't go wrong.

Frank represented my family in 4 real estate transactions in 2013 and 2014. We bought 2 homes and sold2 homes through him. He is very knowledgable of the real estate market regarding to finding homes in areas that taylor to our needs and price trends of the market, he is always there when we have questions even at after hours and analyze our concerns to our satisfaction, and lastly he has become a brother/ uncle that our family has learned to trust.
The feeling is mutual with Jack and his family as I have gained a second family working with them. The Real Estate business acts as a conduit to build lasting friendships. The transaction part is work and sometimes stressful but when you have sellers as genuinely committed to working to make your job easier, the Chao family is a prime example of a true team effort! I am blessed to know them and I am very thankful for the kind words.

Frank helped me purchase my first home in 2012. As a first time homebuyer, there was a lot about the process I didn't know but Frank and his team very helpful the whole time. Frank provided great recommendations for everything to mortgage companies to contractors that he's worked with and trust.

Frank is an extremely knowledgeable and professional agent. He is extremely helpful throughout the buying process (I was a first time home buyer) and is very responsive to questions/concerns.
If you need recommendations on home inspectors, mortgage broker, contractors, Frank also has many trustworthy connections which makes the process much smoother.
Will always do business with Frank!

I recently moved from the Bucks County area to a little over an hour west to be closer to work, in addition to the fact that my husband and I had outgrown our current home. Frank's involvement in our home buying and selling process was crucial and far exceeded our already high expectations. We took careful consideration when interviewing realtors, as we were worried of the commitment level given the distance in which we were moving. We were also concerned about choosing the right realtor for us as we were building a new home, so we needed someone whom possessed excellent communication, could provide guidance in dealing with the builder, and whom we could rely on to stay in touch with us over a several month period of time. In the end we couldn’t have been happier working with Frank. He would make the long drive out to the new house at the drop of a hat when we needed him, acted as a wonderful mediator between us and the builder, and assisted in getting us in touch with other great third party vendors such as a fabulous mortgage consultant, home inspector, and painter among others. No matter what the reason for your move, partnering with not just any professional realtor, but one who pays great attention to detail, has immense industry knowledge, and is simply a pleasure to work with, is key to a successful and stress free move. Frank Dolski is rare breed in that he fits all those qualifications and then some.

Frank has the knowledge and expertise needed in todays market to represent me in both buying and selling of my home. He is currently representing me again in another real estate sale and purchase. I would not use anybody but Frank to get the best representation for my real estate transactions.
Bob, it has been my pleasure working with you for the past 10 years in multiple transactions. It is a team effort and when selling your homes, you have always went over and above to make your home stand above the rest as well as accommodating showings!

Frank is the BEST real estate agent I've ever met and would highly recommend him for all Bucks County Sales. Not only did he assist us throughout the sales process but was also there to assist us through inspection and any other issues that arose through the process. Frank is honest, caring and the consummate professional for the sale of your home. He is a wealth of knowledge and has numerous contacts at his disposal for any repairs that may be necessary, he even hooked us up for snow removal since we had already moved out of the home due to a transfer. Don't call anyone else, call Frank to sell or purchase a home!

From start to finish Frank helped me in every way possible through the tons of professions he recommended during the buying process. He negotiated extra money off the house for us and saved us thousands of dollars through his mortgage representative. The best thing about Frank is that he cares about his clients best interest and not his own. Being a first time home buyer I am so glad we hired him to help us throughout from agreement of sale to closing.

Frank did an outstanding job in regards to all aspects of selling our home. He is currently working with many sellers and buyers yet treated us like we were his only cllients. His expertise and genuine concern made us feel confident throughout the process that we were being taken care of by the best.

We contacted Frank from Virginia requesting his help in sell my mother's condo in PA. The condo needed repairs and Frank had the right people to do the work. After making the repairs we requested Frank to find us a buyer, which he did, go to closing for us, which he did, thus relieving my wife and I of those requirements as we relocated my mother to VA. I strongly recommend Frank Dolski. He's a honest and true professional, not just a real estate agent. You will never regret calling Frank Dolski to help.

My experience with Frank Dolski was great and I would recommend him to anyone selling a home or purchasing. Not only is he a very nice person he is also very knowledgable in his field. Frank helped me sell my home within a very short period of time and purchase a new home. Both transactions were seamless and timely. I couldn't have been happier with the results.

Frank is a God send to anyone in the Bucks county area selling thier home. I had my home listed for a year before I came to my senses and said I need another agent and found Frank. This time I was going to be careful and selective interview. I was looking for an agent that would proactively help me manage the sale, knew the local market and most importantly had a pipline of interested buyers. Frank is action oriented and always in touch day or night! He sold my home in 1 week!!!
Since that time we have reccomended him to at least five other friends and each time, Frank moved the home with the same energy. After the sale, we kept in touch and he actually helped me locate an agent in Deleware that helped me buy my new home. Frank did not benifet from this, but truly cared about maintaining his relationship. There is NO way I would not go with Frank again if I had the chance...You are a good guy Frank!
This is one of many friendships that I have developed being in the Real Estate business. I was so happy to sell this home in Upper Mountain Estates as I knew the sense of urgency for a husband/father to travel long distance for a new job and be away from his family. I am so happy when they procured a new home in Delaware. One of the benefits of my business is that I have a great opportunity to meet new people everyday and add to my list of lifetime friends.

Frank was one the the nicest, most genuine, and knowledgeable realtors we have dealt with. He has worked with us for a few years not as just a realtor but as a true consultant and relocation specialist. He found our dream home and was a master of negotiation and skill. In addition to the purchase process he recommended mortgage companies, inspection companies, contractors for quotes, etc. This was the smoothest and easiest process because Frank Dolski made it that way, and genuinely. I would recommend Frank to any home buyer at any level. He takes the time to care about your needs and wants and is a true expert!!!!!!

This agent priced our house way too high, mis-listed the amenities on the MLS, suggested superstitious practices as selling strategies, did not staff advertised open houses, did not advertise staffed open houses, didn't tell us that our buyer (also his client) didn't have a mortgage until 2 days before closing (buyer could not afford our house) meaning they missed the commitment deadline and we were not notified for 5 days.
I would expect that this information would be removed as it is inaccurate and slanderous. The buyer's employment method of pay changed just before settlement and the mortgage company needed more time. The other fact is that the same buyer, who could have settled with a slight delay, bought another home shortly thereafter for more money with no issues. The seller chose to terminate versus waiting a week or so for the mortgage company to just get another pay stub. Lenders have to adhere to strict rules and regulations and the change in payment method for the buyer was the delay for the settlement.
